Mary Claire Wellness offers in-person consultations as well as telehealth options for patients seeking specialized care in perimenopause and menopause.  The fee structure is based on the type of appointment.  Full payment is required at the time of booking.

To provide each patient with the time and attention necessary to treat in an integrative manner, we cannot accept insurance.

HSA and FSA payments are accepted. 

Upon conclusion of your appointment, you will be provided with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential partial or full reimbursement.  

Cancellation policy

We understand plans can change.

If you need to cancel your appointment, here’s what you need to know:

  • You must cancel your appointment at least two business days before the scheduled appointment to receive a 50% refund of your consultation fee. The other 50% may be applied as a credit towards a future appointment for up to one year for the same individual.
  • There is no cost to reschedule an appointment when doing so at least two business days in advance.
  • Late cancellations (within two business days of the appointment) will not be refunded or credited.
  • Refunds and credits will be issued as per the cancellation policy.

Mary Claire Wellness may review and adjust its fee schedule periodically to account for changes in operational costs and market conditions.
