Mary Claire Wellness Clinic provides in-person and telehealth consultations exclusively for Texas residents. We specialize in personalized care for perimenopause and menopause. Appointment fees vary based on the type of visit and practitioner, with full payment required at booking.

To provide each patient with the time and attention necessary to treat in an integrative manner, we cannot accept insurance.

HSA and FSA payments are accepted. 

Upon conclusion of your appointment, you will be provided with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential partial or full reimbursement.  

Cancellation policy

We understand plans can change.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must do so two business days in advance of your visit.  You will then have one year to use the appointment.

If you cancel your appointment with no intention of rescheduling, you will be offered a 50% refund.

Late cancellations (within two business days of the appointment) will not be refunded or credited.

Mary Claire Wellness may review and adjust its fee schedule periodically to account for changes in operational costs and market conditions.
